If you're ok with the limitations of machine translation, this is a very cool application of Thai-English and English-Thai machine translation.
Here's how. Add the following robot to your "Windows Live Messenger" contacts:
mtbot@hotmail.com
"Tbot 2 Alpha" should show up in your contacts. Now you can speak to this 'bot' anytime to get quick translations. Open a chat with "Tbot 2 Alpha" and type:
- Code: Select all
tbot ?
To change or set up the source and target languages at any time, you can type:
- Code: Select all
tbot change
Now for the best part. You can invite another person to this chat, and they can set up the reverse translation.
Now you can each chat in your native language
