What would be different?

Would we have คืนนี้ผมจะรอโทรศัพท์คุณ and the rest would be the same, (apart from maybe ถ้างั้น? or ถ้า?) คุณไม่โทรมา ผมก็เลยไปคนเดียว ?

Do the second and third parts (you didn't call/if you don't call I went by myself/I'll go by myself) need any modification to show the tense? Or is the initial คืนนี้/เมื่อคืน enough?

คืนนี้ผมจะรอโทรศัพท์คุณ แต่ถ้าคุณไม่โทรมา ผมก็จะไปคนเดียว - คืนนี้ (future), จะ (will), แต่ถ้า(but if - not happen yet), ก็จะ (then [I] will).

"เมื่อคืนผมรอโทรศัพท์คุณ แต่คุณไม่โทรมา ผมก็เลยไปคนเดียว" - เมื่อคืน (past), ก็เลย (therefore - happened in the past).
