(1) What is the use of ว่า here? Can it be skipped without affecting the meaning of the sentence?

(2) "ที่กรุณาช่วยอธิบาย" I have great trouble about this phrase.
(a). what is the function of ที่ here?
(b) What is the meaning of กรุณา here? Does it mean "please" or else?
(c) What is the use of ช่วย here? In the sound recording of this conversation the speaker has skipped this word. So I am wondering if this word could be skipped without affecting the meaning of this phrase.

(3) There are many occurrence of กัน in this conversation, but I just cannot make sense out of this one. What is the meaning of กัน in this context?

(4) (a) What is the difference between แล้ว and อยู่แล้ว ?
(b) The Chinese translation of my text of the phrase "และเราก็แป็นเพื่องกันอยู่แล้ว" is "in addition we are also old friends already". I can't figure out from the Thai version any hints of "old" friends.

(5) What is the use of ที่ here? Can it be skipped?

Should, "นีอะไรไม่เข้าใจก็ภามผนได้เลยทันที" be "มีอะไรไม่เข้าใจก็ถามผนได้เลยทันที"?
("If there is anything you don't understand, [you] can ask me right away.")

1. The ที่ in this context is a relative pronoun here. If we were to render this sentence in a more literal sense recognizing the existence of the pronoun, we could say,
"[I want to] express my thanks to you that you helped explain this to me."
In colloquial English we use "for" and a gerund or present participle for this purpose.

2. "กรุณา" can be considered either an adverb modifying ช่วย, as might be stated in English, "[that you] kindly helped explain [to me]" or as an adjective, "[that you were so] kind as to help explain [to me]" . The adverbial usage is specifically stated in the RID.

3. I think that ช่วย is a polite expression used to convey the meaning of "help" in "Thank you so much for your help in explaining". The speaker could have said, "Thank you so much for your kind explanation."

In และเราก็แป็นเพื่อนกันอยู่แล้ว (เพื่อน not เพื่อง), อยู่แล้ว is for “old” > we are already friends, we have been friends for a long time

อยู่แล้ว is stronger than แล้ว

You can say รู้แล้ว = I know that already > รู้อยู่แล้ว = I know that quite well (you don’t need to tell me)

เพราะผนรู้ว่าคุณเพิ่นมาจากฮ่องกง ไม่ต้องถือสาอะไรกัน

Please further advise the use of กัน in this sentence here.

อยู่แล้ว is stronger than แล้ว

I am not Thai, but I think that "กัน" indicates reciprocity (= let's be cool to each other)
and cannot be used for "you"

Maybe some Thai native would tell us ?
