The use of ว่า, ที่ and others

The structure of Thai sentences

Question (1)
I think that ว่า is idiomatic and could be omitted in this sentence

Question (5)
มีอะไรที่ช่วยได้ ผนจะช่วยอย่างเต็มที่

I think that ที่ cannot be omitted here.
In english, the relative pronoun "that" is often omitted, but not in thai.

I think that reading as much as possible helps to get used to theses turns.

Native confirmation welcome !

"อย่างเต็มที่" is a phrase composed of two words: อย่าง and เต็มที่.

'อย่าง [วิเศษณ์]'

Khun Pirin, Thank you for your answer but the problem was not with อย่างเต็มที่
It was with มีอะไรที่ช่วยได้

>>>>>>>มีอะไรที่ช่วยได้ ผนจะช่วยอย่างเต็มที่
>>>>>>>What is the use of ที่ here? Can it be skipped?

My answer was that ที่ cannot be skipped here.
Am I right ?

Another question was about
แลัวเราต้องพอวยพรว่าอย่างไรคะ
>>>>>> What is the use of ว่า here? Can it be skipped without affecting the meaning of the sentence?
>>>>>> I Anwered that ว่า could be skipped, but maybe it is better with ว่า (idiomatically)
I am right ?
Thank you very much for your advice !

Another question in the same post was about the use of กัน

I first answered :
ไม่ต้องถือสาอะไรกัน = เราไม่ต้องถือสาอะไรกัน (more ore less "let's be cool")
The pronoun is often implied in thai

OP : Thanks for your explanation; but to me it seems that the phrase "ไม่ต้องถือสาอะไรกัน", based on the context, has an implied pronoun of "you", instead of "we", i.e (You) need not take these to heart (ถือสา) ... Please advise further.

My answer :
I am not Thai, but I think that "กัน" indicates reciprocity (= let's be cool to each other)
and cannot be used for "you"

Maybe some Thai native would tell us ?

คุณคิดถูกแล้วค่ะ
However, in "แลัวเราต้องพอวยพรว่าอย่างไรคะ", 'ว่า' is still needed because the speaker was curious to know the exact statement that we should say when we 'อวยพร'.

มีอะไรที่(5)ช่วยได้ ผมจะช่วยอย่างเต็มที่ is a compound sentence.

It is from - มีอะไร ผมจะช่วยอย่างเต็มที่ and มีอะไรผมช่วยได้

- If there is anything (you need my help), I will do my best (to help you).
- If there is anything, I can help.

When these two sentence are compound, ที่ is needed as a relative pronoun refer to 'anything'.

So, we can say "If there is anything (that) I can help, I will do my best (to help you).

It's grammatical correct to have ที่ in this sentence, but it's still understandable if it's omitted, the same as 'that' in English sentence - มีอะไร(ที่)ผมช่วยได้ ผมจะช่วยอย่างเต็มที่

ว่า is needed because she is asking for "speech".

If we say "แล้วเราต้องอวยพรอย่างไรคะ", it might include how to "do" it too.

It might be able to skipped, but it's better to keep it as Khun Claude explained.

I have another question about ที่ and ว่า. Sometimes you have to use them both:

เราต้องยอมรับข้อเท็จจริงที่ว่า.......... we must accpet the fact that.................

I have no problem remembering to use the 2 words together after I was corrected by a native but she couldnt explain why both ที่ and ว่า are used together.

ที่ > is the relative pro[noun (that) for ข้อเท็จจริง
ว่า > is required when beginning an explanation or to develop an idea as in คือว่า... เว้นแต่ว่า...
