There is only one verb ให้. here สัมภาษณ์ is a noun, as shown in the RID entry above.
They are returning from being interviewees this status is shown by ให้, จาก is a preposition needs a noun therefore; การให้.
If you didn't want to show status or assume that they were interviewers then leaving out both การ ให้ would leave;... จากสัมภาษณ์ที่โทรทัศน์ช่อง ๙
That would appear understandable enough, but I don't know what people are used to .? Maybe they would say that nothing has been done and want การทำสัมภาษณ์ or something.
