It seems like a number of words starting with จริง have a wrong pronounciation guide, จะ-ริง instead of จิง:
จริงอะป่าว จริงไรจริง จริงป่า

I also question the pronounciation guide of เจรจา, TL says เจน-ระ-จา but I have not encountered anyone who says that's correct, everyone seems to suggest เจ-ระ-จา (but it might be my lack of educated or Central friends...)

Please feel free to use จริง your way. If what you said is not corrected, it is understood (and realized that you learned the word that way). Once it is corrected, it is reccomended that you comsult some more sources.
