i hate to disappoint but i see only 2 possible variations to this word
1. Khee Daa (ขี้ด่า) - someone who likes to tell people off or shout at people
2. Khee Dtaa (ขี้ตา) - sand or sleep in your eyes
most Thais feel that most Farang are "Khee daa", which we are in comparison to Thai cultural behavioural complexes. Confrontation is avoided in Thailand, and in the West we are accustome to be able to raise issues we have with people in the spirit of freedom of speech. You can easily die for such actions in Thailand, depending on who you are having a go at, and how much in the right you are. In Thailand there is a saying "Daa dai, Dtae Yaa Plaad" (ด่าได้ แต่อย่าพลาด), meaning "you can have a go at someone, but don't be mistaken in your accusation".
I suspect they are calling you Khee Daa when you are pointing at them saying "you bad man" or something.. ive seen and heard it hundreds of times on the street when a farang was haggling on the street with a taxi or stall seller and complaining.
