Is it a word you met before or maybe it was invented by someone ?

In the phrase "คำแวดล้อม", "คำ" is modified by "แวดล้อม", so it is not a simple word like "บริบท" or a compound word like "เนื้อความ".
In this case, "คำแวดล้อม" tends to be found in the situation when the speaker gives an explanation in detail to support the key point while explaining something.
