This could be done as such (see attachment). I encountered 2 problems:

1. Google does not indicate in the existence of Wanaree Italic
2. Concerning JS Wansika, as shown above, I found only broken links to free downloads of this ttf-fonts, see e.g. http://www.wazu.jp/gallery/Fonts_Thai.html ---> download.

May you have a look on http://www.f0nt.com/ ... eventually a *.ttf of this site may do the job?!

@Khun ITCFS:

Term มวยไทย in font JS Wansika.

Remark: The link to the font Wansika at http://www.wazu.jp/gallery/Fonts_Thai.html (preceding thread) does not work as today. I found the ttf at http://www.thaitrip.com/font/

.... Edit: At http://www.thai-language.com/ref/typogr ... es?page=54 I found a font named Wanaree (see first jpg below). Eventually the estimated authors of TL.com could make available to us users some Thai.ttf fonts here at TL.com :!: :?:

This word is not spelled correctly. It should be ธีรชัย. Any one know why?

I bet it is Sanskrit. Adding ธีระ to ชัย will result in the doing double duty. Or the opposite, separating ธีรชัย will require adding a vowel: ธีระ.

Yes. you are correct. Ding, ding, ding. You won the price :D :D :D :D (just kiddin)

You can almost be sure that this type of word is not an original Thai word. It is a combined Pali?Sanskit word which follows the rule of คำสมาส
