I have a school book which does not give me confidence to try this, but I will pass it on.
address top right, date underneath, then two lines starting on the left;
เรื่อง you have to describe the purpose of the letter. For Dear Sir you just put;
เรียน followed by the person you are writing to. At the end bottom right;
ขอแสดงความนับถือ
your name
title if any.
For me the stumbling block would be; what am I going to call the letter; เรื่อง ชี้แจง to report/inform ข้อ the topic. If you are informing but what if something else? Also who เรียน a person somewhere? เจ้าพนักงานจราจร
