I think "อย่ามา" is really a shortened version of; "อย่ามาสตรอเบอร์รี". Teen-speak for "don't bullsh*t me" or "don't feed me a line of bullsh*t".
I've heard อย่ามาพูด and in context it always has come across to me more as "don't continue", "I don't wanna know anymore", or "enough already" about what ever they're talkin' about.
Then again I could be worng,err wrong, seeing as I'm not a native speaker only a "native speaker eavesdropper"
