Yesterday, I heard a girl speaking on the phone and she said : อย่ามาพูด ! อย่ามาพูด !, which I understood as « don’t tell me that ! » « stop telling me that » ! (you are totally wrong / bullshit)

On the same pattern, I already heard :
อย่ามายุ่ง > อย่ามายุ่งกวนใจ > stop bothering
อย่ามากีดกัน > don’t get in my way

You understand it correctly. Sometimes, it can be short as "อย่ามา อย่ามา" (don't bullshit me). I don't think it's an idiom. It's more like a slang.

I don't think that "อย่ามา" is a shortened version of "อย่ามาพูด" . Mostly because I don't see the advantage in shortening an already short phrase it by a single syllable word (even factoring in their penchant for shortening everything they say ).

I think "อย่ามา" is really a shortened version of; "อย่ามาสตรอเบอร์รี". Teen-speak for "don't bullsh*t me" or "don't feed me a line of bullsh*t".

I've heard อย่ามาพูด and in context it always has come across to me more as "don't continue", "I don't wanna know anymore", or "enough already" about what ever they're talkin' about.

Then again I could be worng, err wrong, seeing as I'm not a native speaker only a "native speaker eavesdropper" .

In oral conversation, อย่ามา and อย่ามาพูด are probably more likely than what they (females in particular) are prone to write in this same context: อย่ามาหลอกลวง
