I'm intending to move to thailand but i'm not sure if i can get a job?

my second concern is the salary package? what's the package like?

I graduate with Mechcanical Engineering Honors Degree with > 8 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing industry. My area will be Program Management, Technical Program Management, New Product Introduction management, Advance Manufacturing Engineering Management, Operations Management.

Is there job of these field a lot in Thailand?
I have experience managing my supplier as a Contract Manufacturer in Chiangmai for about 3 years. How much can i fetch?

most likly for that type of work the company will hire a thai national . . foreigners are used more for types of jobs that Thai's are not good at, for example a chef, food service specialist for upscale hotel's so their menu is satisfactory to foreigners..just mentioned that one because I know someone who works in that capacity, he's not a chef but some type of a food and beverage specialist at a upscale resort company

for the type of work your describing there are alot of Thai's from technical schools that do that type of manufacturing work, and the work at the manufacturer her will likly be in written thai so you'll need to master this website and learn advanced thai .. your more likly to get a better wage doing that type of work in your country but if you can't find work there i guess it's worth a try looking to see if it can be found abroad or try to use the ChaingMai connection you already have to see if anyone there can help you out..

..but I wouldn't travel all the way out here and hit the pavement-will most likly just be an expensive trip when your unemployed.
