Losing post

Postby Tgeezer » Tue Feb 23, 2016 3:45 am

Several times when writing my posts involving much editing and especially when they are almost complete, There comes a point where I make a keystroke and the page is lost. I am left with a blank 'reply' page but there is an old fashioned (simple a face made up of straight lines) symbol with a legend, I can't remember exactly, but the legend gives the impression that the computer has stopped me from posting not that I have made a mistake.

Thanks for the question.

I recommend that you use the "save draft" facility located at bottom of the "post a reply" box in which you are drafting the reply. Once you save the draft, you can find it at "user control panel" located at the top of the page. You will then click on "manage drafts" on that page. You will see all your drafts listed.

You can further edit each of your drafts by clicking on "load draft". Once you have completed your edits, click on "submit".

Let me know if you have any questions.

I can not save as a draft because it occurs As I am composing.
The screen is blank except for a little square graphic of a face with crosses for eyes a turned down mouth-line and beneath it the legend " Aw, Snap" .
