- It's the same as when you greet anyone you respect, that is you need to "wai" and say "sawatdee krap/kha" and address that one with their title, ex. "Arjaan" or "Khun Kru" for the teacher, "Khun Mhor" for doctor, "Khun" for others, etc.

"Wai" - to salute by placing the hands palm against palm and raising them to the face.
