จงภูมิใจเถิด ที่เกิดเป็นไทย
(Be proud that you are born as Thai)
มิเป็นทาสใคร และมีน้ำใจล้นปริ่ม
(Not being anyone's slave, and have sharity heart)
ทั่วโลกกล่าวขาน ขนานนาม ให้ว่าสยามเมืองยิ้ม
(The whole world has called and named us as the land of smile)
เราควรกระหยิ่ม ถึงความดีงาม
(We should be proud/happy for this greatness)

คนเย็นใจซื่อ ได้ชื่อว่าไทย
(Calm and honest people are called Thai)
ร้อนมาจากไหน ชาติไทย ไม่เคยหวงห้าม
(No matter where you feel hot from, Thai never reject)
ข้ามเขตข้ามโขงถิ่นน้ำขุ่น มาพึ่งใบบุญเมืองสยาม
(Crossing border, crossing Maekhong river to be in the cool shade of Thai)
เรายิ้มรับตาม ที่ท่านต้องการ
(We smile acceptly as you wish)

(Well-knowned Siam has only sharing)
ขอเตือนท่านผู้อาศัย อย่าทำอะไร ให้ไทยร้าวราน
(Be warned, those who are in Thai, don't make us break)
คนไทยใจซื่อ เขาถือแต่โบราณกาล
(Thai are honest as believed from old times)
แค่เพียง ข้าวสุกหนึ่งจาน ใครลืมของท่าน นั้นเนรคุณ
(Only one plate of warm rice (for us to eat), if anyone forgot that is ungrateful)

(If you respect the rights of Thais, you can stay for as long)
สยามใจบุญ ยังยิ้มเสมอ
(Kind-hearted/sharing-mind Thai still always smile)
