It is in an article in the economic section of Thairath - referring to some sort of fund "กองทุง" here is the paragraph:

From the newspaper passage; the Thai Ministry of Finance is going to set up some sort of funding program and given a fancy name call "กองทุนวายุภักษ์". The meaning of the word really has nothing to do with this funding at all.

You know the old Thai people, they love fancy stuff.

I think น่าสร้าง is not correct because we never use this word to describe for the building. It should be น่าจะสร้าง, more clear and make sense.

Umm, for more clear please add this word follow them, คิด = think, analyze

There is nothing wrong with this word. Just depending on how you would use it. If you use น่าจะสร้าง, it would give a little different meaning than
น่าสร้าง.

น่าขบ... is not! ขบ = กัด = bite. น่าขัน is ok.

ขบ does not always mean กัด and does not have to be suffixed with คิด. May be if you study Thai a more, it will help you get better comprehension of our complex language.

น่าขัน is entirely different subject.

I agree with you that I don't have any comprehension of Thai. That's true because I am not a student who is studying the literlature. You know my dad, my mom, my brother and me including my family, friends never said น่าสร้าง because it doesn't make us clear, we said น่าจะสร้าง = should build somthing in somewhere.

And it's possible for suffix คิด. ขบคิด You know what its meaning is... If you use คิด = simple thinking, relax, not stress. But ขบคิด is more heavy and it show that your solution from this think is very hard.

คุณเป็นคนไทยเหรอครับ... ผมอ่านไปแล้วเพิ่งสังเกตตอนท้าย ถ้าคุณเป็นคนไทยก็ Ok ครับผมอาจจะไม่ได้เรียนทางด้านอักษรศาสตร์ก็เลยไม่ได้รู้ถึงรากเหง้าของภาษาไทยดีนัก ผมก็อ้างอิงเอาจากชีวิตประจำวันน่ะครับ เพราะไม่คิดว่าจะพูดกันอย่างนี้ แต่ผมไม่เข้าใจอ่ะครับว่าทำไมคิดจะตามหลังขบไม่ได้... งงมากครับ

Again... This is my conclusion... น่าสร้าง is possible to use but not often and need context. For น่าจะสร้าง this one make us more clear and we know what you will said later.
