I cannot understand the meaning of this.Is a chat room style writing?

กระผม เข้าใจครับ

ในประเทศเยอรมันมีปัญหาเดียวกัน
คนแก่ไม่เข้าใจวัยรุ่นพูดว่าอะไร แต่ก็ขอบคุณมากครับ

ครับผม อันนี้ก็เป็นเรื่องจริงนะ คงมีอยู่ทั่วโลกแต่ละประเทศมั้ง ความแตกต่างกันระหว่างผู้มีอายุและเยาวชน

สมัยนี้คนแก่ก็ต้องพยายามทำความเข้าใจภาษาวัยรุ่นค่ะ ไม่งั้นตามเด็กไม่ทัน โดนเด็กหลอกแย่เลย
