Khun nan, I have to ask you about this ชอบทำตัวอย่างกับเด็กอายุสิบสี่อีก = "acting, behave as a forteen year old schoolboys?" I mean they are not mature, they are reasoning like they never had grown up?

...what is the different compare to this พวกเขาประพฤติตัวเป็นนักเรียนอายุสิบสี่ปี?

To be honest, I don't think comparing them to fourteen years old schoolboys is a good idea though.

แถมยังชอบทำตัวอย่างกับเด็กอายุสิบสี่อีก - implies that they act as if they are not mature.

พวกเขาประพฤติตัวเป็นนักเรียนอายุสิบสี่ปี - This would raise a question "what's wrong with being fourteen years old schoolboys?".

If you meant to say they are not mature, they are reasoning like they never had grown up, why not say it directly as "ไอ้ผู้ชายพวกนั้นมันบ้า สติปัญญาก็ต่ำกว่าผมเยอะ แถมยังชอบทำตัวเหมือนเด็กไม่รู้จักโต"

Khun nan you are right, I think I'm stuck with my own language too much and not taking in mind that I have to think more like english. You know i Sweden when we refere to "fourteen year old schoolboys" in this context, everybody understand that we mean "unmature" for a fourteen year old boy it's okay to be unmature but not for an adult . But I understand now that your suggestion sounds much better...sorry nan.
