In the sentence "ตาคมสวยของ Poppy บางวันก็มี 2 ชั้น บางวันก็มีชั้นเดียว" I suspect that ตาสองช้น refers to the Asian "epicanthic fold" which some have surgery to remove to give them what they perceive to be bigger eyes. I wonder if the writer is saying that sometimes Poppy's eyes seem to have been surgically enhanced, other times not.
Am I misunderstanding this?
I'll take a shot at the first ten lines:

I agree with all Claude said. However, I'd like to give a bit of my opinion on the first line about the eyes. I do not think that the fact that some days her eyes seem to have two folds and other days one has anything to do with the surgery. I think it is natural that sometimes the other fold appears and other times doesn't, even though it scarcely happens. I have seen some people like that. Some days their eyes have two folds and other days just one fold.
