It seems there are a lot of typos in this sentence.

I think it's supposed to be "เขากำลังสร้างต้นแบบหุ่นยนต์คอมพิวเตอร์ตัวแรกของเมืองไทย"

ต้นแบบ - prototype.

หุ่นยนต์คอมพิวเตอร์ - computer robot.

Thanks Nan I must give the iPad 'the elbow' it is the most infuriating instrument for typing. I am on the computer now and will stick with it when posting in future.

On reflection, it really doesn't matter what it means, and I must admit I didn't get more than 'Thailand's first' and something to do with computers, now that Nan has mentioned it, I am reminded that I did know when I first read the book.
