From a Facebook post:

"[ต้นอินทผลัม]อายุ 1 ปี 6 เดือน ถึงแม้ว่าจะโตช้าไม่ทันอกทันใจคนปลูก แต่หลังจากได้ฟ้าได้ฝน เริ่มโตวันโตคืน "เด๊กเลทนัวร์" อินทผลัมปลูกบนสภาพดินฟ้าอากาศเกาะยาวรอการพิสูจน์ว่าจะออกดอกออกผลหรือไม่.

My interpretation:

[The date palm in in this picture] was planted one and a half years ago. Even though it is not growing as fast as what we would have liked, once it got sufficient sun and water, it began to grow consistently. We will have to wait and see whether or not the "Deglet Nour date palm grown in the soil and climactic conditions of Koh Yao will produce fruit.

I find the expressions used in this posting worthy of learning:

1. "ทันอกทันใจ" - to be quick [as one would like]
2. "ได้ฟ้าได้ฝน" - to receive water and sunlight; experience good natural growing conditions
2. "โตวันโตคืน" - constantly; at a good pace all day and all night
3. "ออกดอกออกผล" - [of a tree] to be productive; to produce fruit.

Do I understand these phrases correctly?
