How to Work Together

เคารพพี่ ให้เกียรติเพื่อน คอยเตือนน้อง
Respect your superiors; honor your co-workers; encourage your subordinates

รักพวกพ้อง สามัคคี มีเหตุผล
Like your colleagues; be loyal and reasonable with them

ร่วมทุกข์สุข ทุกที่หมาย คล้ายญาติตน
Be with them everywhere in sorrow and in joy as if they were your family.

ความสุขล้น เกิดขึ้นได้ ในการงาน
Great joy can be had at work.

ไม่ลำเอียง เที่ยงธรรม น้อมนำจิต
Do not play favorites [but] be fair and humble.

ทุกความคิด เปิดใจรับ สมัครสมาน
Always be ready to pull together and accept ideas

รู้ถ่อมตน เป็นคนสู้ ไม่อู้งาน
Know how to be humble; be a person who tries hard and does not slow down.

ไม่หักหาญ บั่นไมตรี มีให้กัน
Do not use force or destroy friendships.

ไม่ฆ่าน้อง ไม่ฟ้องนาย ไม่ขายเพื่อน
Do not overwork your subordinates, complain about your boss, or sell out our coworkers.

ไม่บิดเบือน ความเป็นจริง ทุกสิ่งสรรค์
Do not distort the truth in any [endeavor].

ติเตียนได้ ไม่โกรธ อาฆาตกัน
You can be critical, but not angry or disputatious.

ไม่แก้ตัว โดยหัน ไปโทษใคร
Do not make excuses by turning around and blaming others.

ไม่ลุแก่ โทสะ พาวิกฤติ
Do not give into anger bringing on a crisis.

ทุกปัญหา ร่วมกันคิด ช่วยแก้ไข
Think through every problem together and help each other to find solutions.

มีเมตตา กรุณา อยู่ในใจ
Have compassion and mercy in your heart.

ทั้งน้อยใหญ่ จะนอบน้อม พร้อมศรัทธา
For both those great and small show deference and respect.

It is interesting David, I have puzzled over this for some time and see a few things which make it difficult for me. You have got some perfectly good precepts there which I can't argue with but I would like it without the spaces to see if it couldn't me made more of an essay.

The Thai with its spaces is the way it came in the original. For the full poem without the English, see the Pantip URL above. One of the lines "ไม่บิดเบือน ความเป็นจริง ทุกสิ่งสรรค์" gave me a pain. What is "สรรค์" doing there? My Thai contacts told me just to ignore the word. It adds no information.

The writer may have meant something by สิ่งสรรค์ but your contacts either have accepted it as waffle or can't explain it.
ไม่บิดเบือน ความเป็นจริง is a 'stock' phrase for T-E dictionaries which leaves nothing more to say, "don't distort the truth". Can we imagine anything which can be added in English? In the work place context "building things" could it be what we are doing or aim to do? Distort the truth or be deceptive.
A deception is something created, it is the embodiment of บิดเบือง maybe.
Most people seeing a boring homily get the gist of it and have switched off by this stage I think.
