I am uncertain of the use of ก้น in the caption of this cartoon. https://www.thairath.co.th/cartoon/5/124/19

Rough attempt at translating: "Who has the surest base is the group that likes chaos"

I only knew ก้น in its vulgar sense before, and I had to look it up. I am still guessing.

The operative phrase is "ใครกันแน๋", a common interrogative indicating emphasis. We can render the phrase as "who for sure, who indeed, who is it really". What do you think?
