Dog "Pack"

What do you call a Dog Pack or just a Pack when referring to many dogs running together?

The word for "pack" is ฝูง. See http://www.thai-language.com/id/138344

Sometimes you will see the phrase ฝูงหมา for "pack of dogs."

From a newspaper story:

([I heard] the distant barking of a pack of dogs)

Here is another sentence with three animal metaphors:

(The populace should not act like sheep anymore. Rather they need to become a herd of elephants to protect themselves and be able to drive away packs of wolves.)

Here is a sample sentence from Lexitron:

(I feel so sorry for the packs of stray dogs that are but skin and bones.)
