Nice post!

I must give my reaction on this, because this is not about Thai language but "What to speak where and when" custom behavior.

One day you wake up with a black eye, and wonder what did I say

น้องๆ ขอสั่งตอนนี้เลย, when I read this, before I asked my wife, to me it says "Are you going to give me service this century, or what?" I don't know but to me this ตอนนี้เลย (you should already serve me) is not positive or something you know that you can say because you know the people who work there.

I would not use it, even though I know many restaurant owners in Ban Phe for example and they are good friends of me and my wife! Then I asked my wife, what you think about this when ordering. No, no, no, okay she’s โบราณ maybe, but none the less. :D

Okay, if you know the place very well and know the staff and you are a regular customer, why not, it's up to everyone, but for me no. I don't think you use it in a 3 star restaurant.

For this one we can only guess ใส่ไปเลย. From my wife I here this several times a day ไปเลย, width various prefix, always with that glimpse in her eyes, thanks’ God :D

We don’t actually know the foreplay here. I think she know this guy and she know that he like it “spicy”, and she wanted to tease him and he replay “put it in, and get lost”, in a sort of “tongue in cheek” What she did is like asking an alcoholic “you want liquor in you drink?”

she (สม)ควรโดน,or?

Just a reflection on this!

i uploaded it as the book came with an audio cd

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kak4hw83OlA

on 52 seconds you will hear him say น้องๆ ขอสั่งตอนนี้เลย another thing when she says what do you want to order he just says ''tom yum goong เเละก็ข้าว'' no use of ''ขอ'' or ครับ
