Using long vowels:

มาเค็ด - Maa-ket (second vowel is short)
ชายนา - Chaai-naa (No 'sh' in Thai, though some Thais pronounce 'ch' as 'sh')
เชส - Chase (some Thai's will pronounce it as chate) (or เชส์ - Chay with a hint at 's')
ชานา - Chaa-naa
เวน - Wayn
คายเลียน - Kaai-lian

Or if you want to follow this site's recommendation, you could also write Wayne as เวย์น. This is probably how most Thais would be used to seeing it.

I've seen Marquette transcribed as มาร์แกตต์ before.
