Sorry, I thought that "to have a bad attitude" = to be in a bad mood...
My english is not so good...

I think that นิสัยไม่ดี is rather a permanent behaviour and
ทำตัว or วางตัวไม่ดี would be for a short time only

ทำตัวไม่เรียบร้อย and เสียมารยาท may be good too ?

What does "to have an attitude" really mean? I'm not sure if there is a Thai word that fits this. How about "ขี้หงุดหงิด" or "หงุดหงิดง่าย"?

a bit of = ไม่ค่อย
a bit of attitude ~ ไม่ค่อยสุภาพ
~ ไม่ค่อยให้เกีรยติ (ฉัน / ผม / เรา / แขก / ลูกค้า / คนอื่น)
