Not literally that would be แดดประสาท.
I would remember it as it is in English; 'eaten up'= absorbed or preoccupy , eaten up with nerves.

B: ไม่ไหวว่ะ ประสาทจะแดกแล้ว (He face with some problem and answer that "too nervous today")
