Incidentally 'over the hill' is found under the entry for 'hill'.
Similarly ที่ไหนได้ is found under ที่ in the real dictionary.
Thanks again it is a valuable lesson learned, I have only recently started using the online RID for research, I must discontinue the practice.
อันที่จริง 'over the hill' is found under the entry for 'hill' in CAMBRIDGE Advanced Learner’s Dictionary, which I regularly consult, Oxford Concise English Dictionary, Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English and MACMILLAN Dictionary. (It was my fault!)
I made that funny assumption because I had had some difficulty. When only Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English
and MACMILLAN Dictionary were "at hand", I did not find 'out of the blue' under the enrty for 'blue'.
