I am no expert on the spoken word but I would say that this is good but don't say it all at once.
พร่งนี้วุ่นวาย ปวดหัว which is the core thing that you want to get across. If you don't get a bite then say no more. If there is interest shown you will get a chance to expand, but keep it simple. They may offer to help or for details which you can give but I would go from general to specific, จำเป็นต้องตืนแต่เช้าและนอนดึก .
The point is that it is conversation so the other side needs to contribute something or we become น่าเบือ.

This is what I feel I have to do anyway, but then I may be more น่าเบือ than normal.

That term which “Nan” used มีอะไรต้องทำ is one you can get a LOT of mileage outta in casual speech.

As in “have things to do”. I always stumble using the word “what” in contexts like this. It’s so “hard wired” into my head that it’s a question word I miss out on the many other times it can be used. ..
