Please can someone translate Shadow Chancellor into Thai.

As an addition, the word รอง is often used for the notion of 'deputy', 'reserve'.
I have heard deputy PM Suthep referred to as รองนายกรัฐมนตรี, and the runner-up in a competition is known as รองแชมพ์

Just to be clear is รองแชมพ์ used for someone who is in the opposing political party also how do you say chancellor (of the exchequer)?
