แค๊ป is wrong writing, ค can't use with ไม้ตรี.

ไม้ตรี is used in อักษรกลาง to be จัตวา Akosa sound.
Tones in Thai language is separated by 2 major tones, Khosa and Akosa. It's hard to explain to foreiginers how Khosa and Akhosa are different. I had learned Pali pronounciation, Northern Thai and Esan Thai that make me understand that วรรณยุกต์ in Thai language family follow the same rule.
