A short passage from an article in Matichon Weekend Magazine and my attempt at translation. Any suggestions, corrections, or questions?

From one perspective, our lives are about loss. I truly believe that.

หากใช้ชีวิตยาวนานพอ ไม่มีใครหลีกเลี่ยงความสูญเสียไปได้
Anyone who lives long enough cannot avoid loss . . .
[If anyone lives long enough, he cannot avoid loss.]

ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสูญเสียสิ่งที่รัก สูญเสียคนที่ผูกพัน สูญเสียบางอย่างของตัวเองไป
. . . whether these losses include loss of someone we love; loss of someone we are connected to; or loss of something that we possess.

ซึ่งทั้งหมดนั้นย่อมทำให้ชีวิตหลังจากวันแห่งการสูญเสียกลายเป็นอีกชีวิตหนึ่ง
All of them can cause our lives to be different from what they were on the day before our loss.

ซึ่งเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตลอดกาล
They change our lives forever.

เราต่างต้องรับมือกับการสูญเสียนั้น และหาวิธีมีชีวิตต่อไปให้ดีที่สุด เท่าที่นะทำได้
We all must accept our losses and find a way to live our lives as best we can.

Is the antecedent of ซึ่ง ชีวิต or การสูญเสีย ?

My interpretation is that the verb is transitive and the object is an implied ชีวิต. Second, do the two ซึ่ง words constitute parallel clauses or subsequent clauses? I think your interpretation is that the second clause is subsequent to the first. Let me try to re-translate based on your interpretation:
