notesThis lime is mineral. This particular solution is derived from dissolving the powder lime (calcium oxide or CaO) used in betel-chewing in some pure water. Let the mixture sit for a while and then use the solution (calcium hydroxide or calcium hydrate or Ca(OH)2) at the top--disgard the sediment at the bottom--for applications.
