Gred (or Gret) Island—a tiny island in the áÁè¹éÓà¨éÒ¾ÃÐÂÒ  (Jaow Pra-ya) River, accessible by boat. On it lives a community of craftsmen famous for their distinctive style of pottery which dates back many centuries. Koh Gred pots are known for their fine, red-black glazed surface and intricate design. These landers are the descendants of the ÁÍ­  (Mon) people,and they have managed to retain the skills of their forefathers.
