[นาม]	ชื่อด้วงปีกแข็งขนาดเล็กในวงศ์ Chrysomelidae ตัวป้อมๆ ลำตัวส่วนหลังมีสีเงินหรือสีทอง ปีกแข็งใส โค้งนูน เมื่อหุบปีกเข้าหากันจะจดกับด้านหลังทำให้มองคล้ายหลังเต่า พวกที่อยู่ในสกุล Aspidomorpha ส่วนใหญ่มีสีทอง เรียก เต่าทอง เช่น ชนิด A.sanctaecrucis พวกที่มีสีเงิน เรียก เต่าเงิน เช่น ชนิด Cassida circumdata.
