สัญญาเช่าซื้อ คือ สัญญาซึ่งเจ้าของเอาทรัพย์ออกให้เช่า และให้คำมั่นว่าจะขายทรัพย์สินนั้น หรือจะให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์แก่ผู้เช่า โดยมีเงื่อนไขผู้เช่าจะต้องใช้เงินเป็นงวด ๆ
